This dataset is designed to formulate personalized marketing strategies for users across different consumption tiers based on stratified consumption capability data. For high-value users, premium coffee beverages and customized services may be offered; for medium and low-value users, priority should be given to cost-effectiveness and the appeal of promotional campaigns. With broad application scenarios, enterprises can gain a better understanding of user demands, optimize products and services, and improve market competitiveness by fully leveraging these data resources. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including stratified consumption capability data of Mocha coffee users from the coffee shop management system and other relevant data. 2. Data Calculation: First sort out and preprocess the collected data. The total number of coffee cups consumed refers to the total count of coffee cups purchased by a single user within a specified time period, while the per-type coffee consumption volume refers to the number of cups of a specific coffee variety consumed by the user within the same period. Calculate the processed data using the following formula: Mocha coffee consumption proportion (%) = (Number of Mocha coffee cups consumed / Total number of coffee cups consumed) × 100%. 3. Data Analysis: User consumption capability is categorized using the ABCD classification method. Users are graded as "Category A" if their consumption proportion ≥ 25%; "Category B" if 13% ≤ consumption proportion < 25%; "Category C" if 5% ≤ consumption proportion < 13%; and "Category D" if consumption proportion < 5%. 4. Data Application: By establishing historical order user profiles, developing user tags and identifying users' consumption levels, this dataset can provide data support for coffee shops' advertising and marketing strategies, such as launching targeted coffee products and customized services tailored to different consumption tiers.
