Chronic endoplasmatic reticulum stress in myotonic dystrophy type 2 promotes autoimmunity via mitochondrial DNA release

In this study, next generation sequencing of fibroblasts from healthy controls and patients with myotonic dystrophy type 1 or 2 was performed. The aim is to compare the obtained profiles (RNA-seq) and to find differences between controls and patients or between the two types of the disease.
