Comparing the transcriptome of imatinib-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia K562/G01 cells with or without treatment of imatinib and TCF7 knockdown

Knockdown of TCF7 increases the drug sensitivity of chronic myeloid leukemia to imatinib‑based therapy. K562/G01 cells were stable transfected with the lentiviral vector carrying a scramble and a TCF7-targeting shRNA sequences, respectively. Subsequently, the stable transfected K562/G01 cells were treated with or without imatinib at concentrations of 1 μM for 48 hours. Total RNAs from four groups of K562/G01 cells with scramble, imatinib, TCF7_KD, and TCF7_KD combine with imatinib treatment were extracted. In total, four samples were sequenced.
