This dataset is a re-analysis of Palmateer et al. 2023 "Single-cell transcriptome profiles of Drosophila fruitless-expressing neurons from both sexes" for Chen et al. 2026 "Organization and evolution of sex-biased gene expression in Drosophila adult sexual circuits".本数据集是为陈等（Chen et al.）2026年发表的《果蝇成体性回路中性别偏向基因表达的组织与演化》一文，对帕尔马蒂尔等（Palmateer et al.）2023年的研究《果蝇两性表达fruitless基因的神经元的单细胞转录组图谱》所开展的重新分析。
