Minimal dataset for "From Gut to Pancreas: Shared Genetic Susceptibility and Biological Convergence in Acute Pancreatitis and Crohn's Disease"

This repository contains the minimal processed data and documentation required to verify the main reported results in the manuscript “From Gut to Pancreas: Shared Genetic Susceptibility and Biological Convergence in Acute Pancreatitis and Crohn’s Disease”. It includes source GWAS information, processed source data for main tables, supplementary result tables, software and parameter notes, analysis command records, and official software/resource links for the main post-GWAS methods. The study used publicly available GWAS summary statistics and did not generate new individual-level data. Third-party GWAS summary statistics are not redistributed in this repository. Users should obtain the original GWAS summary statistics from the public sources listed in source_GWAS_information.csv. The source-data tables provide processed values used in the manuscript tables and supplementary analyses.
