WMS service of the zoning plan “Commercial Area South 3 rd Change” of the municipality of Ketsch, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为凯奇市（Ketsch）"南区3号变更商业区"分区规划方案对应的网络地图服务（WMS，Web Map Service），基于5.0版XPlanung数据集，依照INSPIRE（欧盟空间信息基础设施，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）规范完成转换。
