**Overview**
LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions Global Patent Litigation Data provides daily updates of patent litigation data from courts and agencies around the world. Hundreds of documents are updated weekly from 20 courts and agencies that include information such as party names, outcomes, damages, infringement status, case names, patent numbers, and more - as provided by the source. Source material dates back to 2000 for most sources, and includes ongoing litigation filings (open case documents) for some courts in addition to closed cases. This data is collected as available from hundreds of sources around the world. The LN intellectual property team is working on harmonizing and standardizing the data for future releases, but this beta launch contains data in the format provided by the source.
