The invention relates to a hand-held implement comprising a drive motor (2)， an operating medium tank (4， 14) and a motor mount (3) on which the drive motor (2) is held. The equipment tank (4， 14) has a first housing section (21) and a second housing section (22). The first housing section (21) is formed in one piece with the motor mount (3). At least part of the second housing section (22) is made of translucent material in order to identify the fill level of the operating agent tank (4， 14). The motor mount (3) has a translucent light-guiding element (11， 111) for guiding light into the operating medium tank (4， 14).
