Comprehensive analysis for chromatin structure and transcription networks in gastric epithelial cell model. Homo sapiens

Gastric epithelium should be maintained through tissue-specific gene regulatory network. However, it still remains unclear how a gastric epithelial cell establishes its identity. This project aimed to elucidate these regulatory regions and mechanisms of the gastric epithelial cell model, GES-1 cell, by next generation sequencing (NGS) based approach.
