Parcels of Flemish and local authorities, situation 31/12/2023

These dates include the plots of land on which buildings are owned and/or occupied by the Flemish government on 31 December 2023. All buildings and parcels of entities that fall within the scope of real estate policy are included in the Terra Patrimonium and energy database Flanders, both owned and rented real estate. The Flemish government not only owns real estate to house its own services, but also in function of the social and economic functioning of Flanders. By mapping its real estate, the Flemish government can better manage its real estate in its own portfolio. In the dataset 'Plots of Flemish government and local authorities', the plots of CPAS, Housing Companies and police zones will not be included. This is to comply with the GDPR regulations.本数据集涵盖2023年12月31日由弗拉芒政府拥有或占用的建筑所坐落的地块。凡纳入不动产政策范畴的实体之所有建筑与地块（无论自有或租赁不动产），均收录于弗拉芒不动产与能源数据库（Terra Patrimonium and energy database Flanders）。弗拉芒政府持有不动产，不仅用于为自身行政机构提供办公场所，亦服务于弗拉芒地区的社会与经济运转。通过盘点梳理自身不动产资产，弗拉芒政府可更高效地管理其持有的不动产组合。在名为"弗拉芒政府及地方当局地块"的数据集中，公共社会援助中心（CPAS）、住房公司及警区对应的地块未被纳入，此举旨在符合通用数据保护条例（GDPR）的相关要求。
