RDS files contain "dgCMatrix" class objects for sparse raw counts of the downsampled datasets: GSE96583 (Kang et al, Nature Biotechnology, 2018)
H5 files follows the 10X CellRanger output format.
These datasets are prepared primarily for the use of presenting LIGER integration method.
File "pbmc_ifnb_example.tar.gz" contains folder structure of following CellRanger output format.
