Fungal sequencing of Morchella-associated communities and strains
收藏资源简介:
Study purpose: This project aims to characterize the fungal composition (including Morchella strains and associated mycobiota) of Morchella samples, exploring their diversity, genetic features, and potential roles in Morchella growth and ecological adaptation.Data type: High-throughput sequencing data (e.g., ITS rRNA gene sequencing) generated via the Illumina platform, covering raw sequence files of Morchella samples (e.g., fruiting bodies, mycelia, or rhizosphere-associated fungi). Methods: Sample collection -> Fungal DNA extraction -> PCR amplification of target regions (e.g., ITS) -> Sequencing -> Bioinformatic analysis (taxonomic annotation, genetic diversity assessment).Significance: The dataset provides insights into Morchella-associated fungi, supporting research on Morchella cultivation, resource utilization, and ecological interactions.
