Methods and data for the characterization of lipid profiles in white- and brown-like adipocytes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells

This study examined how fat cells grown from stem cells differ depending on whether they act more like white fat, which stores energy, or brown fat, which burns it. It found that each type has a distinct mix of fats inside, reflecting their role in the body. These insights may help guide future strategies for treating obesity and related diseases.
