We provide a detailed analysis of miRNA in the royal jelly nanovesicles. Overall design: Royal jelly were collected three times (n=3) and diluted 10 times with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Royal jelly exosomes were isolated through commercial kits and used for RNA extraction and sequencing.
