资源简介:
This folder contains the data and code used to produce Table 1 and Figures 1 to 6, as presented in the manuscript: "Exploring the Role of Body Mass in Temperature-Driven Changes in Metabolic Rates of Arctic Copepods" Authors: Konrad Karlsson and Janne E. Søreide File Descriptions:SDR.Rdata*: These files contain the raw data from the sensor dish readers (SDR).Plate*_dw.txt: These files include the dry weights of the copepods, which should be matched to their corresponding metabolic rates.data_reading.csv*: These files provide information on the copepod species measured in the experiment. Data Analysis Process:Reading and Processing Raw Data: The script "read in raw data and rolling regressions.R" reads the data and performs rolling regressions to calculate estimates of metabolic rates over time. Analysis of Metabolic Rates:The rolling regression estimates are analyzed using density estimation. This analysis categorizes the data into active metabolic rate (AMR), resting metabolic rate (RMR), and aerobic scope. These estimates are then used as response variables in a mixed model. The results from this model are displayed in Figures 3, 4, and 5.Code for these analyses is found in "lmer analysis_respiration_temperature table 1 figures 1c 3 4 5.R".Additionally, Table 1 (showing the number of individuals and measurements in the experiment)  Additional Figures:Figure 1 (Species Geographical Range, Size, and Photos): Created using several scripts: panel a is created in "figure 1a photo.R", panel b in "figure 1b distribution_map.R", and panel c in "lmer analysis_respiration_temperature table 1 figures 1c 3 4 5.R". The figure is written from "figure 1a photo.R". Figure 2 (Map of Sampling Stations): Created using the "map over sampling stations figure 2.R" script. Figure 6 (Adjusted R² Values Over Time): Produced using the "Time-specific analysis of metabolic data figure 6.R" script.
