The dataset contains somatic SNPs and indels found analyzing the white blood cells and carotid atherosclerotic plaque of the same patients. The data was gathered by whole exome sequencing technology. The variants were calling by GATK4 Best practice workflow “Somatic short variant discovery (SNPs + Indels).”
本数据集收录了通过对同一位患者的外周血白细胞和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块进行分析所发现的体细胞单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）和插入/缺失（indels）。数据采集采用全外显子测序技术。变异检测遵循GATK4最佳实践工作流程中的“体细胞短变异发现（SNPs + Indels）”流程。
