1,450 bacterial genomes recovered from broiler feces

We employed a dual approach, combining culture-dependent and culture-independent methods, to obtain a strain-level resolution genome catalog related to the production cycle of commercial broilers. This catalog consists of 61 isolates and 1,389 metagenome-assembled genomes, all resolved to the bacterial lineage.本研究采用依赖培养法与不依赖培养法相结合的双重研究手段，以构建与商品肉鸡生产周期相关的菌株级分辨率基因组目录。该目录包含61株细菌分离菌株与1389个宏基因组组装基因组（metagenome-assembled genomes），所有序列均被解析至细菌谱系层级。
