Correlations among oligonucleotide repeats, nucleotide substitutions and insertion and deletion mutations in chloroplast genomes of plant family Malvaceae

The co-occurrence of mutational events including substitutions andinsertions and deletions with oligonucleotide repeats havepreviously been reported for a limited number of prokaryotic, eukaryoticand organelle genomes. We investigated the correlations among thesemutational events in chloroplast genomes of species in eudicot familyMalvaceae.
