The project of single-cell transcriptome sequencing of human thyroid carcinoma tissue

We previously collected tumor tissue samples from 2 case of PTC (papillary thyroid carcinoma), 2 cases of RFTC (rare follicular thyroid carcinoma), and 1 case of ATC (anaplastic thyroid carcinoma) for single-cell sequencing analysis, capturing a total of 40,321 cells.
