EVALUATING THE ROLE OF AGILE METHODOLOGIES IN ENHANCING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EFFICIENCY AND STRATEGIC GROWTH IN MODERN ORGANIZATIONS

This research focuses on how Agile methodologies help organizations improve business development efficiency and support strategic growth in today’s fast-changing digital world. Modern businesses face constant pressure from evolving customer expectations, rapid technological changes, and strong market competition, which makes it difficult for traditional approaches like Waterfall and PRINCE2 to remain effective due to their rigid and linear structure. Agile provides a more flexible and iterative way of working, where projects are completed in smaller stages and continuously improved based on feedback. This study looks at commonly used Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP), and how they help teams work more efficiently in their daily operations. It also explores how these methods are expanded across large organizations through scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify model.
