9I7Z dataset for LecA in complex with 2-fluoro non-carbohydrate glycomimetic

X-ray diffraction images collected the 22nd of april 2023 on beamline proxima 1 at SOLEIL synchrotron, Saint Aubin, France for PDB ID 9I7Z using a DECTRIS EIGER X 16M detector. X-ray dataset and xdsme processing for the structure of the soluble lectin LecA from Pseudomonas aeruginosa in complex with 2-fluoro non-carbohydrate glycomimetic at 1.85 angstromFilenames were updated to RO3 instead of R05 following spelling error.本数据集包含2023年4月22日于法国圣欧班SOLEIL同步辐射光源（SOLEIL Synchrotron）的Proxima 1光束线（Beamline Proxima 1）上采集的X射线衍射图像（X-ray diffraction images），采集时采用DECTRIS EIGER X 16M探测器（DECTRIS EIGER X 16M detector），对应蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank, PDB）编号9I7Z。本X射线数据集及针对铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）可溶性凝集素LecA与2-氟非碳水化合物糖模拟物（2-fluoro non-carbohydrate glycomimetic）复合物结构的xdsme处理结果，分辨率为1.85埃（angstrom）。因存在拼写错误，文件名称已由R05更新为RO3。
