Raw Data- Factors that Influence the Formation and Impact of Mentorship Relationships for OB/GYN Residents

Data from an anonymous, voluntary RedCap survey to OB/GYN residents at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA between November 2021 and March 2022. The survey included demographics and 40 questions adapted from the validated Ideal Mentor Scale, which evaluate the importance of three mentor attributes: Integrity, Guidance, and Relationship. There were also questions assessing the importance of specific mentor qualities, resident satisfaction with current mentorship relationships, and mentee factors.
