Dataset for germ-free mouse endocrine and body-composition phenotyping after ovariectomy

This embargoed dataset contains body weight, uterine weight and subcutaneous fat measurements collected from germ-free mice assigned to sham, ovariectomy and ovariectomy plus estradiol supplementation groups over a 12-week experimental period. Files are restricted under embargo and will be made available according to the associated publication or data-sharing conditions.本数据集包含为期12周的实验周期内，从假手术（Sham）、卵巢切除（OVX）、卵巢切除+雌激素替代（OVX+E）无菌小鼠中采集的体质量、皮下脂肪质量及子宫质量测量数据。本数据集的采集旨在评估无菌小鼠模型（germ-free mouse model）中雌激素缺乏与雌激素替代疗法所产生的全身及代谢效应。所有测量数据均按处理分组（Sham、OVX、OVX+E）与时间节点（4周、8周、12周）进行归类。本数据集可支撑发表于《用于研究雌激素缺乏性骨丢失的无菌小鼠可重现标准化卵巢切除术模型》（A Reproducible and Sterile Ovariectomy Model for Germ-Free Mice to Study Estrogen-Deficiency Bone Loss）的研究结论，且可被复用于激素相关代谢研究领域的比较性分析工作。
