资源简介:
In this study we analyzed and compared transcriptome of the wild-type and JN1 mutant strains of Bordetella pertussis. In JN1 mutant strain, single G to T base transversion in the 5’-UTR of the BP3626/rplN gene led to the increased transcription of the whole operon encoding ribosomal proteins and of the adjoining rpoA gene and caused the downregulation and decreased secretion of virulence factors on the background of generally deregulated expression of B. pertussis genome.
