Individual aerosol particle data from Villum research station and Zeppelin Observatory

The Excel sheets include individual aerosol particle composition data measured using a scanning transmission electron microscope with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer (STEM-EDS). The samples were collected from Villum research station (VRS), Greenland, and Zeppelin Observatory (ZO), Svalbard.
