This dataset presents a comprehensive metabonomic analysis of a mouse glioma recurrence model, focusing on the metabolic alterations associated with tumor progression and therapeutic intervention. The study employs an in situ glioma model in mice, with tumor tissues collected at two critical time points: pre-treatment (Day 7) and post-treatment (Day 21) following temozolomide (TMZ) administration (20 mg/kg).
