Cell of the DT40 chicken B lymphocyte line at mitosis. Z-series of widefield immunofluorescence images captured using a 100x/1.4NA planapo objective lens on a Deltavision system and deconvolved with a constrained iterative algorithm (Applied Precision). Displayed is the central z-slice. Metaphase localization of CENP-E(green) in outer kinetochores during mitosis in INCENP OFF cells expressing WT TrAP-INCENP (red) in the presence of ZM447439.
