Genome sequencing and assembly of Sphingobium isolates from tomato roots and alpha-tomatine-treated soils

We isolated and sequenced Sphingobium strains from tomato roots as well as soils treated with alpha-tomatine, which is a major steroidal glycoalkaloid in tomato and is secreted from its roots into the rhizosphere.
