对于不同的膜式燃气表,由于表的结构不同,关键指标压力损失阈值也是随之变化的,通过表的型号、最大流量、是否有带有阀门、进气方式等进行综合运算预估,从而判断实际压力损失是否在阈值以内。通过对检定数据的处理和分析,能够大大提高及时发现不合格产品的效率,减少不良品进入市场的风险,从而提升整体产品合格率,降低召回和维修成本,还能够对新产品开发中阀门设计、进气方式等进行针对性改良。
1、数据采集:公司自行研发、设计、生产的膜式燃气表,采集包括燃气表基本数据,表号、表型号的数据,采样当天的环境数据,包括大气压力、环境温度、相对湿度数据,检定数据,包括外观、气密性、示值误差、压力损失等;2、数据处理:将数据进行清洗,依据表型号,从后台自动生成最大流量数据,将错误、重复数据去除;3、数据加工:通过对已知数据的综合分析和计算对燃气表的压力损失阈值进行预估,压力损失阈值计算公式为:当燃气表不带阀门时,压力损失阈值为(Qmax+100)*2,当燃气表带阀门时,压力损失阈值为(Qmax+100)*2.4,实际压力损失小于等于阈值符合要求;Qmax、0.2Qmax、Qmin的示值误差≤3%,同时外观、气密性也符合要求,则检定结论为合格。如果压力损失、示值误差、外观、气密性中有一项不符合要求,则结论为不合格。其中Y代表符合,N代表不符合,进气方式L代表左侧进气,R代表右侧进气。
For different diaphragm gas meters, their key indicator pressure loss thresholds vary due to differences in meter structures. The threshold can be estimated via comprehensive calculation based on factors such as meter model, maximum flow rate, presence of a valve and air intake mode, so as to judge whether the actual pressure loss falls within the threshold range. By processing and analyzing calibration data, the efficiency of timely detecting unqualified products can be greatly improved, the risk of defective products entering the market can be reduced, thereby increasing the overall product pass rate and lowering recall and maintenance costs. In addition, targeted improvements can be made to aspects like valve design and air intake mode during new product development.
1. Data Collection: For diaphragm gas meters independently developed, designed and manufactured by the company, collect basic data of the gas meter including meter serial number and meter model, environmental data collected on the sampling day including atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature and relative humidity, and calibration data including appearance, air tightness, indication error, pressure loss and other related items;
2. Data Processing: Clean the collected data, automatically generate maximum flow rate data from the backend based on the meter model, and remove erroneous and duplicate data;
3. Data Processing and Calculation: Estimate the pressure loss threshold of the gas meter through comprehensive analysis and calculation of known data. The pressure loss threshold calculation formula is as follows: When the gas meter is not equipped with a valve, the pressure loss threshold is (Qmax + 100) * 2; When the gas meter is equipped with a valve, the pressure loss threshold is (Qmax + 100) * 2.4. The actual pressure loss meets the requirements if it is less than or equal to the threshold. If the indication errors at Qmax, 0.2Qmax and Qmin are all ≤ 3%, and the appearance and air tightness also meet the specified requirements, the calibration conclusion is qualified. If any one of pressure loss, indication error, appearance and air tightness fails to meet the requirements, the conclusion is unqualified. Here, Y represents compliant, N represents non-compliant, L represents left-side air intake, and R represents right-side air intake.
