Ribo-seq analysis analysis of SNU-668 Erastin-resistant cells transfected with shRNA-ALKBH3 or control shRNA

This study presents a comprehensive ribosome profiling (Ribo-seq) analysis conducted on SNU-668 gastric cancer cells with acquired resistance to Erastin. These cells were genetically modified through stable transfection with either a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) construct specifically targeting and knocking down the expression of the ALKBH3 gene, or a corresponding non-targeting control shRNA, to systematically investigate the consequent alterations in global translational activity.
