AbstractWe asked if the genetic diversity of Saponaria bellidifolia (a habitat specialist plant) and the species diversity of its habitat are driven by parallel landscape-level processes in an island-like system of limestone outcrops in the Carpathian Mountains. We tested the relationship of these two diversity levels at local and regional geographic scales. Local genetic and species diversity showed parallel patterns influenced by the number of plant communities. Likewise, at regional level there was strong evidence for parallel equilibrial dynamics of genotypes and species. However, a superimposed matrix effect enhanced the regional species diversity only. 摘要 本研究旨在探究:在喀尔巴阡山脉(Carpathian Mountains)的类岛屿石灰岩露头生境系统中,狭生境专性植物肥皂草(Saponaria bellidifolia)的遗传多样性与其生境的物种多样性,是否由平行的景观尺度过程所驱动。我们在局地与区域地理尺度下,检验了这两类多样性水平之间的关联。局地遗传与物种多样性呈现出受植物群落数量影响的平行格局;同样,在区域尺度上,存在充分证据表明基因型与物种的平行平衡动态。但叠加的基质效应仅对区域物种多样性存在提升作用。大陆上的这类石灰岩露头岛屿生境中,专性生境生物的遗传多样性与物种多样性,均受不同地理尺度下的平行景观尺度过程调控,且其作用机制可通过极高空间分辨率的研究得以解析。 使用说明 1. 植被样方-肥皂草(Saponaria bellidifolia)生境-阿普塞尼山脉(Apuseni Mts):采样自罗马尼亚喀尔巴阡山脉(Carpathian Mountains)阿普塞尼山脉(Apuseni Mts)内肥皂草生境中的植被数据。 2. 随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)-肥皂草(Saponaria bellidifolia)-阿普塞尼山脉(Apuseni Mts):针对阿普塞尼山脉(Apuseni Mts)内7个肥皂草种群,每个种群采集10株植株开展RAPD分析。
