Share of people who have used a chatbot in Italy 2017

A survey from 2017 asked Italians whether they had ever used chatbots. The results shoed that about four in ten respondents (43 percent) had used a chatbot. In the country, some popular reasons to use chatbots were online shopping and travel booking.
