Vibrant_metabolic_gene_annotations_vOTUs

Vibrant v. 1.2.0 (default parameters; Kieft, Zhou, and Anantharaman 2020) was used to provide gene annotations for vOTUs that are <10kb or not detected by VirSoter. Although annotation is available for these vOTUs, we chose not to include the data in our results and discussion because of the uncertainty surrounding their validity.本研究采用Vibrant v.1.2.0（默认参数；Kieft、Zhou与Anantharaman，2020）为长度小于10kb或未被VirSoter检测到的病毒操作分类单元（virus operational taxonomic units，vOTUs）提供基因注释。尽管此类vOTUs已获得基因注释，但由于其有效性尚存不确定性，我们未将相关数据纳入结果与讨论部分。
