Supplementary data 1 - Whole genome phylogeny.zip

Supplementary dataset 1 of the associated manuscript. Contains the whole-genome alignment of a selection of 36 Wolbachia strains from Supergroup B, as well as a newick-formatted phylogenetic tree as shown in Figure 1 of the associated manuscript. This dataset includes two strains found within Anopheles demeilloni and moucheti. Full details of how the alignment and trees were generated are included in the associated manuscript.
