DeisoLAB

This repository contains the DeisoLAB application together with the files required to reproduce the workflow presented in the associated publication. The repository includes: DeisoLAB application – the MATLAB implementation of the proposed method with exemplary dataset – a prepared example dataset included within the application package, allowing users to run the software and reproduce the complete analysis workflow. Raw MALDI-MSI datasets – two raw datasets provided separately for independent testing and verification of the proposed methodology. Prior to analysis with the DeisoLAB application, these datasets must undergo the preprocessing procedure described in the associated publication. The exemplary dataset is intended to demonstrate the functionality of the application and facilitate its use. The raw datasets are supplied to enable further analysis and independent validation of the reported results. Detailed instructions for running the application and using the included datasets are provided in the accompanying documentation.
