The study was performed to identify the role of H3K9 methylation in prostate cancer. This experiment was conducted to determine the genomic localization of H3K9me2 and H3K9me3 in naïve, short-term antiandrogen treated and antiandrogen resistant prostate cancer cells. Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for histone modifications H3K9me2 and H3K9me3 in naïve LNCaP, short-term antiandrogen treated LNCaP and LNCaP EnzR cells.
