Paramecium bursaria strain:DK2 Genome sequencing and assembly

P. bursaria is the only reported Photoendosymbiotic species in the Genus Paramecium. Here, we report the next-generation sequencing data (genome and transcriptome) of the P. bursaria DK2 strain.
