Reproducible LSOG mapping for Maine: design-based estimation, an FIA-anchored 10 m product, and an apples-to-apples comparison with the Hagan et al. (2026) LiDAR map

Adds the finalized Ecosphere Comment (Hagan reproduction and reanalysis) and SI and the Maine accessibility-window figure, alongside the Maine-only LSOG raster products.
