Search Strategies for "Transition of care through the lens of medication discrepancies in critical care"

This dataset will contain the preliminary search (prior to team validation and PRESS peer review) for Medline via Ovid, as well as the final versions as run for Medline (via Ovid), Embase (via Ovid), Cochrane Central (via Ovid), CINAHL Complete (via EBSCOhost), and the Web of Science Core Collection and the retrieval information for forward and backward citation searching.
