Ctenopharyngodon idella isolate HZGC_01 chromosome 3, immunoglobulin heavy chain gene fragment

We located the heavy chain constant regions of IgM, IgD, IgMT1, and IgMT2 on chromosome III of the grass carp. Additionally, we predicted and localized the V, D, and J genes, and illustrated the structure of the immunoglobulin gene loci in grass carp.
