Keloids are pathological scars characterized by their invasive growth. Currently, keloids remain a therapeutically challenging condition in clinical practice, with high recurrence rates and resistance to treatment, leading to suboptimal therapeutic outcomes. There is a clinical need for new treatment strategies and targets. Overall design: The aim of this study is to provide evidence at the single-cell level and to explore new approaches for the clinical treatment of keloids.
