Data Set of Far below elephants and rhinos: climatic and spatial drivers of African cave biodiversity

This repository contains the data and analytical scripts used in the study of subterranean invertebrate communities across African caves. It includes all processed datasets underlying the main analyses, such as species occurrence matrices, environmental variables (local and macroclimatic), and derived metrics of habitat heterogeneity. Additionally, the repository provides fully annotated R scripts for reproducing the statistical analyses.
