miR-181a Restores Mitochondrial Dynamics in Skeletal Muscle Ageing

Label free proteomic data associated with this study, the raw data has been deposited to the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE partner repository with the dataset identifier PXD010091. Included in the Appenndix are the sequences of primers used for qPCR and sequences of murine p62 or Park2 3’UTRs or DJ-1 Exon 6 (wild type – WT or with mutations introduced into themiR-181a binding site – mutant) cloned into the GFP reporter constructs. In appendix the original western blots related to this data with a merged image of chemiluminescence and bright field indicating protein ladder.
