Transcriptomic studies of cyanobacterium Leptolyngbya iicbica LK based on pH and Nutrient stress

We have performed a transcriptome study of cyanobacterium Leptolyngbya iicbica LK based on four conditions: pH 4.5 - 6 days grown culture in ASNIII media, pH 7.5 - 6 days grown culture in ASNIII media, pH 4.5 - 2 hours grown culture, pH 7.5 - 2 hours grown culture. Here, the pH indicates the pH of the ASNIII growth media. Then we performed a six-way comparison between the transcripts.
