FORENSIC MEDICAL ASSESSMENT OF INTERNAL ORGAN INJURIES BASED ON CLINICAL, MORPHOLOGICAL, AND IMAGING CRITERIA IN COMPLEX TRAUMA CASES

Internal organ injuries in complex trauma cases present significant challenges in forensic medical practice due to their concealed nature, variable clinical manifestations, and high medico-legal significance. Accurate forensic assessment requires the integration of clinical data, morphological findings, and modern imaging techniques. This article analyzes the role of clinical signs, anatomical and pathological features, and radiological evidence in the forensic evaluation of internal organ injuries. The study highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary and standardized approach to improve the objectivity, reliability, and scientific validity of forensic medical conclusions in complex trauma cases.复合创伤病例中的内脏损伤因具有隐匿性、临床表现多样且法医学意义重大，给法医临床实践带来了极大挑战。准确的法医鉴定需整合临床资料、形态学所见与现代影像学技术。本文分析了临床体征、解剖及病理特征、影像学证据在内脏损伤法医鉴定中的作用。本研究强调，采用多学科、标准化的评估方法，可提升复合创伤病例中法医学鉴定意见的客观性、可靠性与科学有效性。
