Molecular Level Estimation of the Composition and Fate of Dissolved Organic Matter in Fire-Impacted Temperate and Subtropical Peatlands

Calculated values of optical (UV-visible and fluorescence) spectroscopy parameters and molecular formulas determined by ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometry for dissolved organic matter (DOM) in porewaters from a temperate and sub-tropical peatland. These data were used to generate figures in a manuscript submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research - Biogeosciences.本数据集涵盖温带与亚热带泥炭地孔隙水中溶解有机质（dissolved organic matter, DOM）的光学（紫外-可见及荧光）光谱参数计算值，以及经超高分辨率质谱法测定的分子结构式。该数据集用于制作已投稿至《地球物理研究杂志-生物地球科学分册》的学术论文中的配图。
