Residual Fluvial Hazardity

The residual river hazard level, approved by Decision No 1307 of 4 September 2020, classified the territory as hazard classes in relation to residual river phenomena, in accordance with Article 10(1)(a) of Provincial Law No 9 of 1 July 2011, on the basis of the criteria and methodology approved by Decision No 1306 of 4 September 2020. The classification of hazard is codified in the CAP field (HR2 — low residual, HR3 — average residual, HR4 — high residual, HP — potential, H1 — negligible, H2 — low, H3 — average, H4 — high). The cartographic basis for contextualisation of the Dangerous Charter is the Provincial Technical Charter in force.The classification of hazards is coded in the CAP field (HR2 — residual low, HR3 — average residual, HR4 — residual high). The cartographic basis for contextualisation of the Charter of Dangerousness is the Provincial Technical Charter in force.
本残余河流灾害等级由2020年9月4日第1307号决议批准,其遵照2011年7月1日第9号省法令第10条第1款(a)项的规定,以2020年9月4日第1306号决议批准的标准与方法为依据,对辖区内与残余河流现象相关的区域开展灾害等级划分。 灾害分类在CAP字段中进行编码,编码规则为:HR2 — 低残余风险、HR3 — 中等残余风险、HR4 — 高残余风险、HP — 潜在风险、H1 — 可忽略风险、H2 — 低风险、H3 — 中等风险、H4 — 高风险。 用于危险规程情境化关联分析的制图基础为现行省级技术规程。 灾害分类同样在CAP字段中进行编码,编码规则为:HR2 — 低残余风险、HR3 — 中等残余风险、HR4 — 高残余风险。用于危险规程情境化关联分析的制图基础仍为现行省级技术规程。
