House coordinates as partial data inventory Addresses Berlin

The official house coordinates define the exact location of a house address. Data source is the real estate register of the district survey centres in Berlin and thus the official list of all parcels and buildings. The house coordinates are provided as part of the dataset Addresses Berlin, they are available as an ATOM feed. In addition to the file of the house coordinates, the data delivery includes a decryption file for the local parts.官方房屋坐标用于精准标注住宅地址的精确空间位置。本数据集的数据来源为柏林各区测绘中心的房地产登记台账，即涵盖所有地块与建（构）筑物的官方名录。房屋坐标作为柏林地址（Addresses Berlin）数据集的组成部分对外提供，可通过ATOM 馈源（ATOM feed）获取。本次数据交付除包含房屋坐标文件外，还附带一份用于解析地址本地部分的解密文件。
