A strain Acinetobacter pittiiJW535 with excellent CH4 oxidation performance was screened and isolated by our research group. At present, there are few reports about the methane oxidation function of Acinetobacter at home and abroad, and its methane oxidation and metabolism pathway is still unclear. Therefore, the whole genome analysis technology was used to analyze the CH4 oxidation function gene and CH4 oxidation metabolic pathway of JW535. The research results can further improve the methane-oxidizing bacteria resource pool and provide theoretical basis for the application of this strain in the field of greenhouse gas emission reduction.
