Kidney miRNA NHERF1 KO mice

The goal of the present study was to identify changes in miRNA levels during aging and the role of NHERF1 in regulation of miRNA expression in the kidneys. To address this aim, we analyzed differential expression of miRNAs in NHERF1-/- animals and their WT litermates from young and old mice.
